On the morning of March 8th, while the city was still waking up, a group of spirited women from the Bangalore Jeep Club gathered at Ulsoor Gurudwara at the crack of dawn. Dressed in matching black tees and armed with BJC flags and pink goodie bags, they were ready for a day that would be anything but ordinary.
By 6:45 AM, the admins flagged off the convoy — and just like that, the BJC Women’s Day Drive 2026 was underway.

The first stop was a kayaking club, where the group swapped steering wheels for paddles. For an hour, they took to the water — some gliding gracefully, others splashing through with laughter echoing across the lake. It was the perfect way to shake off any remaining sleepiness and set the tone for the day.
After drying off, the group gathered for a round of photos, reels, and a group shoot — capturing the energy and camaraderie before hitting the road again.
At 10 AM, the convoy departed for Chota Ladakh. The scenic drive took them through winding roads and changing landscapes, arriving at the rugged terrain by 11:30 AM. The rocky, moon-like landscape was a fitting backdrop for a crew that had already conquered water and was now standing on what felt like a different planet altogether.
The day wrapped up with a well-deserved lunch at a nearby food court — stories swapped, memories made, and a unanimous agreement that this needed to become an annual tradition.
Happy Women’s Day from the Bangalore Jeep Club — where the road belongs to everyone.
